The cleanliness of the room was severely disappointing. there were hair strands and visible stains on the floor and bedding, making it clear that proper cleaning wasn't done prior to my arrival. Additionally, the noise levels were unbearable at night, with loud conversations echoing in the hallways, disrupting any chance of a good night's sleep. To top it off, the staff at the front desk were unhelpful and unfriendly when I approached them with my concerns about the room's condition.

I truly enjoyed my stay, as the hotel is just a short walk from Parque Agua Azul and the vibrant Mariachi Square, making it an excellent starting point for my city strolls, where I loved discovering local landmarks.
